Submission Period

Abstract Submission Guidelines

• Abstracts must be submitted exclusively via this website. Submissions via email or other methods will not be accepted.
• Abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
• Accepted abstracts will be published and distributed at the Conference.
• All submitted abstracts must be original.
• All participants are required to present oral presentations.
• The duration of each presentation will be determined by the review board.
• Abstracts must be submitted by the specified deadline.

Abstract Preparation Guidelines

• The abstract title should be in all uppercase letters and succinctly convey the nature of the investigation.
• Degrees, titles, and appointments of authors should be omitted. The first author listed will be the designated presenter at the Conference.
• Please indicate the city and country where the study originated.
• Presentation style: Oral presentations only
  All participants are required to give an oral presentation. The review board will allocate presentation times.

• Organize the body of the abstract as follows:

  a. A brief statement of the purpose of the study

  b. A description of the methods used

  c. A summary of the results, presented in sufficient detail to support the conclusions

  d. The conclusions reached (It is not acceptable to state, "The results will be discussed.")

• Use standard abbreviations; define any unusual abbreviations in parentheses after their first occurrence. Minimize the use of abbreviations.
• Use non-proprietary (generic) names for drugs.
• Keep your abstract concise—limit it to 300 words.
• Caution! Some characters (', ", -, etc.) may not be accepted when copied from a Word file, and you may receive an error message. For these characters, please type them directly in the Abstract Submission Form.
