1. Japanese Cooking Class and Tasting

Coach Service

A special coach service will operate between New Chitose Airport and the Windsor hotel (the conference venue). <Approx. 2 hours>

  • The coach service fee will be added to the registration fee during the registration process.

    Fee: JPY5,000 per person (one way)

  • From the airport to the hotel, with seats available for up to 40 people on a first-come, first- served basis per bus.

  • From the hotel to the airport (June 25)
    The coaches will depart from the hotel right after the conference concludes.
  • Four (4) coaches will operate, with seats available for up to 160 people on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment

Registration fees must be paid in Japanese yen by credit card.

Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club, and American Express. Please provide all necessary information (account holder's name, account number and expiry date) as requested on the Online Registration Form. Personal checks and bank transfer will not be accepted.

Please note that after your registration payment, your credit card statement will show the transaction listed as 'Proactive Inc.', the agent responsible for managing the registration system for this conference.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations must be notified by email to the Conference Secretariat.

  • Refunds will be made when written notice of cancellation is received by the secretariat at icbtrt2025@convex.co.jp on or before May 31, 2025. A cancellation charge of 30% of fees paid will be deducted to cover administrative costs prior to making refunds. All refund procedures will be done by the secretariat via the online registration system after the conference.
  • Cancellations made after May 31 will not be refunded, nor will refunds be provided for no-shows.
